Our School
Martial Arts of Westchester began teaching Soo Bahk Do a traditional Korean Karate in November 2011 in Peekskill NY. Servicing the Croton on Hudson, Cortlandt, Buchanan, Montrose, Peekskill and surrounding areas. We teach Soo Bahk Do (Korean karate) Moo Duk Kwan a traditional martial art that help develop the body, mind and soul. We do NOT and will NEVER teach a blended art into a “mixed martial art” or an MMA. We are a certified school in the US Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation and the only school in Westchester County legally authorized to teach Hwang Kee’s art known as Soo Bahk Do, Tang Soo Do, or Moo Duk Kwan. This gives us a direct connection to the roots of both Tang Soo Do and Tae Kwon Do. All rank promotions are internationally certified. You will find classes taught by highly professional instructors who are able to blend both ancient philosophy and tradition with modern scientific application.
